this is the LAUNCESTON Type 1(iii) cds (dash stops ...although I think they should be referred to as 'arcs')
There is a new late date for this datestamp posted in this category (in the topic set up for reporting post-publication discoveries)

CHIEF TELEGRAPH OFFICE HOBART Type 5s(i) dating from April 12th 1975 ..... previous LRD 29 SEP 1964 so this is a new late date by over 10 years!!
