The brown is dated same as Bill copy above, but unusual to see the pen cancel.

What a great item and good to see it has survived.

Would be nice to know provenance as this really belongs in the Post Office or Treasury similar museum.

Amazing how all these got out into public hands as they would be Government property unless it was the Government who sold them off.
