This issue found with cancels in blue or violet

ONE // PENNY on 5d

Note my ONE // PENNY on 6d [below] does not carry the Accountant's Handstamp which was apparently always applied prior to any Parcel Stamps leaving the main office to a station. So theoretically to own a mint stamp it must have the Accountants handstamp on it with no other cancel and gum of course!
