Basset Hull's PTPO wrappers

We consider the PTPO wrapper used for mailing Basset Hull's journal "The Federal Philatelist."
Earliest date recorded is 19 January 1891, according to Ingles' Chapter 15 in Tinsley's book on
Tasmanian stamps and postal history.

It may be of interest to record which journals it was mailed to. I can record the following
for overseas addresses:

"The American Philatelist" at Philadelphia, USA.
"Der Briefmarken Sammler" at Bremen, Germany.

Perhaps other people can record other journals that Basset Hull obviously knew of, along
with the addresses they were sent to. It is apparent that some overseas journals knew of
some of the Australian journals even then.
