Impressed Revenue Discussion

This may well be a short discussion!
The above was picked out of a rubbish lot of GB impressed duties. This is the first use of base paper on velum I have seen for Tasmania, and as there is no record of a Cypher label being issued for Tasmania it has never had a seal on the reverse of the silver/tin staple which is normally used to hold the ‘tails’ in place. Further, this being a rare dated colourless £20 makes this even more intriguing. Maybe you have one? please show us here.
The £20 appears to have an oval cancel at the top and is dated 15 Feb 00. Maybe this was a mortgage payout date, any thoughts?
