Confusing Double Duty Plate on 2d Platypus
I have the attached double duty plate which i have run in March Stamp News i have been trying to work out how the second print of the duty plate appears to not correspond with the first they must be a different mould in the duty plate for this to happen which may have left only some of the sheet with double hits.
