Tasmania 5/- St George & Dragon SG F4 Unused

Hi

I am looking for information regarding the Tasmania St George SG F4 in unused condition. I have an example which appears to have even discolouration throughout the whole stamp. However, I'm not sure if this is "normal" for this issue. For example, mint examples of the NSW Diadem Perf 13 of the 5d and 6d values generally are discoloured because of the dark arabic gum that was applied to the stamp. Is this stamp similar?

Looking at what i have in my collection it should be clean and not toned, i have both mint & used with both showing the same paper colour, you may have an unwatermarked reprint to match it to.
