Re: Tasmania 8 frame Revenue Exhibit
VERY NICE David! Revenues are not an area that I focus on, but I certainly do appreciate them. The last two frames are particularly impressive.
It appears that you have one postally used item in your exhibit. On frame 1, page 3, you appear to have a Torquay postal manuscript on a 2d Chalon. You may wish to change that one out of your exhibit.
What is your opinion of the Port Arthur manuscripts from 1867-68? I have heard various stories of them being used for revenue, postage, or given away as souvenirs so not used as either revenue or postage. Are you familiar with these issues? Do you have an opinion on their status?
Thanks, Jerry

Re; Torquay well spotted Jerry.
The below ‘Port Arthur’ was recently sold on eBay, I am no expert, but I believe these to be par favour.
