Valid Use of T Perfins from Sydney to Hobart by Air Mail

Another interesting cover passed across by desk earlier today on it's way to auction ....
Mailed from Tasmanian Government Tourist Bureau in Sydney to head office, Hobart. The large 6d Kooka perf 'T'
paid double the air mail fee and this is not only the first use of this stamp perf T for such a purpose that I have seen, it is also the first
example that I can recall having seen 'on cover' full-stop!
