Wax Seal Impressions

Can anyone tell me the origin of this wax seal pair found amongst a selection of early frank stamps.Many thanks.

This "Privy Purse" seal is of British and not Tasmanian origin. It would have been used by the Treasurer of the Privy Purse who looks (or looked) after
the Sovereign's private income.
