Here are three that came to light quickly. One is just outside the cutoff but may be worth adding until an earlier date comes along.

I am not really a collector of Tassie postmarks these days,( never have been in commonwealth period ) but I still have a small collection left which I have gone through for early 1913 dates on Kangaroos. All on 1d red roos. I would have 1d roos 1913 dates on postcards but that would be a big job to go through them all !! All MS initials.
