Hello I have been a postcard collector since my last year in primary school and have a fairly extensive collection. In the 1980s my collection got a significant boost with the addition of cards collected by my old friend the late Harry Hurst during 1920s,30s and 40s The areas that I specialize in are Maritime with focus on Tasmania, Australia. Bass Strait Ferry and Trans Atlantic steamship companies. Tasmania all aspects, but in the main urban street views. Trams, Tasmanian and Melbourne. I also have a small collection Belle Epoque era French cards real photo and hand tinted by the pochoir method generally acquired via Ebay. I live in Hobart, Tasmania.
