Registration labels identification, I need your help

I am still looking for reference (as handbook ) about registration labels and I need your help about this one.

I didn't find it in the compilation of C.J. Dennison.
Is It linked with Liffy?

Kevin Burt's book on Australian registration labels is still 'on the way'

More information about the previously mentioned book by Turley published in the 1950s

Unfortunately, Colin Dennison's books are far from 'complete'
