Chipman's Series

I noticed on eBay the other week a rather nice card was sold with a rather good view of the West Coaster train crossing the Pieman River. I have not come across any cards from this series before. Can anyone add more cards to the series? Who was Chipman? The card has a Valentine back. I would date the card c1960.
