Postage Paid At Burnie

I recently found this interesting cover with what appears a double ring canceller "Postage Paid At Burnie" I notice that part 2 of the green book page 120, lists this canceller (type 12) only as a single ring.
Has the double ring CDS been recorded before?

The back stamped CDS's of Wynyard 2/1/04 and Mt Hicks Road ?/1/04, date the Paid cancellation to either 31/12/03 or 1/1/04. The only date listed in the green book is 8/9/09, about 5 years later!

That is some sort of cover. same canceller but 5 years earlier than previously seen! Great item.

It does shown a double ring, probably due to the canceller being new and now worn. Worn CDS tended to "merge" the ring
