Green Book vol. II (pp. 149-150) refers to similar markings as Union Steam Ship Co. marine T.P.O. cancelers, but not with these measurements. Does anyone have any information about this canceler?

Loose Letter
I have acquired a pictorial stamped "LOOSE LETTER" in a double frame - image below. The measurements are at least 40 mm x10 mm and the letters are less than 3mm high. There is a portion of a New Zealand cancellation on the piece.
Green Book vol. II (pp. 149-150) refers to similar markings as Union Steam Ship Co. marine T.P.O. cancelers, but not with these measurements. Does anyone have any information about this canceler?

I have a note in my collection that this doubled-framed "LOOSE LETTER" cancel was applied at Dunedin, New Zealand.

Correction: I found another clipping from an old website that indicated the doubled-framed "LOOSE LETTER." cancel was applied at Bluff, New Zealand, which was the first port of call after leaving Tasmania for mail to Dunedin. The clipping indicated that the cancel was Hosking #1559 (from a reference document that I do not have), but maybe you could find a copy to get measurements. Also, I noticed on your scan of the New Zealand cancellation that the town name ends in "F" which supports Bluff as the application site.
