Looks like a partial strike of LATE FEE SPENCER STREET cds from Melbourne ...unfortunately, the 'year' is not present in the dateline but use of
Tasmanian stamps in all other states was valid from October 1910 ... the printing date / usage period of this particular 4d Pictorial would assist in
'tying' it to the period of valid use.
