I have seen, and have, the IHC monogram on 1d and 2d Pictorials and 1d Roo but I have not seen it on a 9d Sideface. The example shown was seen at a recent auction in a mixed lot.
Unfortunately I was not successful but captured the image. David McNamee's "Focus on the Holes - Tasmania's Private Perfins" has it on the 9d Sideface but not sideways.
Just thought I would show it as another variation.
