Notes

• all file names to be in lower case

• barred numeral or in the case of datestamps, office name to be first

• no apostrophes

• additional images of the same canceller to be numbered at the end of the file-name in parentheses (see examples above)

Maps

location name · map · small or large

e.g. bulgobac map small.jpg and bulgobac map large.jpg
