Hi, I agree that these issues are worthy of further study, and I have seen little evidence of any study. According to the literature, the stamp duty was imposed with effect from 24 June 1932. I attach scans of the Die proof of the first card. This was engraved on 17th March 1910 at a cost of 25/-. H.L.
