Hi Andrew, This is an old question in regards to the Tasmania 4d Blue QV Sideface Imperf stamp on thick card. I sent the above stamp for a certificate for the RPSV, and a got the stamp back with notes scribbled as rebacked :shock: I took the matter in my own hands. I agree 99% chances are this is a forged stamp.
