OHMS Usage - Police Dept.

I have the below OHMS usage from the POLICE DEPT, i have never seen other Governemnt Departments using an overprint i.e. 'Goverment Printer' etc.

Does any member recall seeing Government overprints on this or any other TGR issue?

Nice to have a clear date. Also looks like i need to straighten up a few perfs!

Note the sans serif on the left of the Y on the 3d value
