Decimal issues mystery

The Craig & Ingles catalogue has listed a 5c "Light Bistre Brown" as a variant of the 5c that
was normally printed in chrome yellow with the '5c' being in thin letters. The catalogue says
that this variety might be a proof or a mistake. Has anyone seen this variety anywhere?

After recent emails with "Revenuer", it is now mentioned on Dave Elsmore's online catalogue
in a footnote after the listing of the first decimal issue of 14 February 1966. See link below

After several emails with Bill i decided to update the decimal rails section only to find out all my remainders sheets of the very last issue carry a 4¾ roulette which differs from other recorded research where it states the roulette is 6¾. Also the sheet size is smaller by 4mm.

Please check your holdings.
