Smallest PTPO envelope

I notice that Malcolm has claimed a record for the most embossings on a PTPO item (6).
I would like to claim a record for the smallest Tasmanian PTPO envelope. The image herein is of a rather toned and very small 1d red envelope, 120 mm x 66mm. As shown in the image, the flap is at the end rather than at the the top. Any smaller examples would be of great interest.
Members will probably be aware that Higgins and Gage has a very detailed section on the PTPO envelopes of Victoria. The smallest of these is 121 x 67 mm, and there are no examples with a flap at the end. So this might be the smallest Australian PTPO envelope ??!!
