Introducing Bill

I live in Melbourne and have an interest in most aspects of Philatelica Tasmaniana.
I have a special interest in Tasmanian revenues but the postal and railway issues
are also fascinating. I have written a few articles relating to Tasmanian philately
from time to time. There is still much more to find out about all of these things.
