Early Tasmanian advertising envelopes

Hi folks
I am doing some research on the early Tasmanian advertising envelopes.
Aside from a printed circular in 1858, the earliest envelopes I can find are the Brisbane Hotel in Launceston (pictured) dated 1863, and the Willian Wood & Sons envelope dated 1864.
I believe that these envelopes were printed in Melbourne by Augustus Schuhkraft since there are similarities with Victorian envelopes from the same period.
My question is, are these the earliest illustrated advertising envelopes from Tasmania? If they were not printed by Schuhkraft, who is likely to have printed them?
Regards
Gary
