Ingles' Chapter 15 in Tinsley's book records More to Pay labels (page 168).
One label has size 88 x 51 mm and is printed in red on white paper.
The other has size 75 x 52 mm and is printed in black on light buff paper.
Are images available? Ingles suggested that they were used between 1890
and 1910 solely on insufficiently paid or stamped parcels or packets.
