2½d on 9d QV Sideface - printing flaws, etc.

SG 168b (i.e. deep blue, perf. 11½) with much of the top of the '2' absent and a tiny bit of the '1' in '½'

I assume that this flaw results from a small piece of foreign matter such as a tiny piece of paper being
present on the sheet of stamps when the overprinting was undertaken.
