The 'Postmark and Postal markings Index' (a TPS wiki site) is currently unavailable due to some unforeseen issues
encountered after the site was changed to 'open access' a few months ago.

The site is currently password protected and is only available to the webmaster, administrator and the contributors
who are registered users of the site.

The site should be available again for public access some time in October and it's 'return' will be advised
via this topic.
