Hi All have just received this Album from up North and it had this stranger in it I was wondering if someone could help.. thanks in advance Not a bad date for a George lol.

Looks like a case of a double strike to me. There is some doubling of the letters, greater at the top. In the process of making a second lighter but off-centre strike we get a second 6 in the year. So it's 1916 rather than 1966.
