WHOIZIT? Seek assistance in identifying people here

This card was found recently in a quantity of postcards, the majority of which are of Tasmanian origin.

This is a real photo card of a picture of a photograph .... the Kodak Austral stamp box indicates that the
card pre-dates WWI but there is no other information on the unused card.

My question is ...can anyone tell me if the portrait is of Tasmanian aborigines? The original photo (numbered '5')
must be traceable if it is of Tasmanian origin. Any assistance will be appreciated.
