Real Photo Cards by E. Latham - do you have any?
This real photo card of the Strickland Falls on Mt Wellington is inscribed "E. (or F.) Latham Photo".
("click" on the image once to view the whole card) I can't recall seeing other cards attributed to Latham before and he isn't listed by Chris Long in "Tasmanian Photographers 1840-1940".

Card looks c 1912. According to the 1913 Tas PO Directory a F G H Latham lived at 199 Melville Street Hobart. This could be on the corner with Molle Street ? The same F G H Latham in 1904 lived at 64 High Street Sandy Bay. No details of his occupation. Could be your man?
