Is this Stephen Spurling 3rd ?

The following real photo postcard is I believe a shot taken by H J King on the the top of Mt Arthur near Launceston. c1913

I think the man in the middle with the long leather coat is Stephen Spurling. Can someone confirm this? Who are the other people?

Is the man in front centre Dr Ray McClinton? McClinton was a American dentist who set up a dental partnership with Edward Howard in Launceston in around 1905.
