There are no clues to the location of either card.
Card 1 Posted Launceston 2/4/07 to Sydney. Could this be inside the Lauceston Post Office?
Card 2. Posted Launceston 19/10/06 to Longford. A school ? hospital ? Any ideas?

Regarding Card One - it may be a taken at the offices of Launceston City Corporation or a bank.
I sold some photos by Spurling (I think) of city employees from roughly the same era yonks ago
(both the photos and the auction I sold them in) ..... I'll see if I can hunt them down.
Regarding Card Two .... does the far side of the building appear to be built of stone rather than brick?

Hello Ross, I have just acquired this RP Postcard which 1s 1913 and states on back The "Staff" Accounts Branch P.O. Launceston.
