Tasmanian Postcards Printed in Japan

Ross mentioned some time ago that he had seen a postcard printed in Japan, and postulated that it was published by Spurling. Here below is a card, marked on the back as "Made in Japan" but no indication of who the publisher was. If this exact same view appears on a Spurling card it would add weight to the Spurling suggestion.
