Hi Tasmat,
if you can post images of the message side of your cards I may be able to assist you with dating them.
Real photo cards were usually printed on purpose-specific photographic stock and what is printed
on the message side (the "postcard back") can be of significance in regard to ascertaining "how old?".

Hello Tasmat,
1. Is this a postcard or a photograph? If there is nothing on the back it is a photograph. To be a postcard, it needs the words POST CARD printed on the back.
2. As for 1.
3. There are initials on the front bottom right, but I can't work out what they are.
4. As for 1.
5. This is a postcard by J.C. Breaden, who was a Hobart amateur photographer. He was active from about 1920 and died in 1947.
6. This stereoscopic view would be before 1920 I would think.
As Ross says, if you can put up the back of the cards they may be able to be dated more precisely.
