Can anyone identfy this great real photo? Again not sure if this is a Tasmanian card. There are a few clues, One the roof to the left it says FORDS HOT(EL) and BOAR(DING)?

On the cart BRA?MAR? DAIRY and ??Y??N . Kodak back. No other clues on back of card.

I found a reference to a "Braemar Dairy" at Woodend in VIC (cream jar wad for sale at a collectables site).
