1907 - Worker's Ball (Launceston) Advertising postcard

Has anyone seen one of these (or something similar) before?

It was printed by the Daily Telegraph and postally used to Lilydale.
I wonder if the advertisement for Velvet Soap indicates that they were a sponsor of the event?

Any information about the Worker's Ball in Launceston would be of interest too.

Another version of the "Workers Ball" card. Anderson Mitchell & Co had their office and warehouse at 65 Cameron St Launceston.
