Liebig Cards

Not strictly postcards, but interesting none the less. I thought I would post the attached as I think it gives a rather rosy idea of aboriginal life in Tassie!

Nice card Patrick but certainly more than a tad inaccurate as you have noted.

It's strange though that the 'other' Liebig card featuring Tasmanian aborigines
is arguably the most reasonably accurate portrayal that exists from the period on a postcard
or trade card!
