Assistance required in identifying this card on Kodak paper with "10" in the box. No known photographer.

Assuming the photo was taken in Tasmania, the lack of plants 'underfoot' suggests the West Coast but then,
why would an Armed Forces member be in a hospital photo taken on the West Coast? mmmm?

The '10' in the stamp box would date the card as being c.1920
