Card is on Kodak paper with no know photographer or information. I do have a similar coloured card stating "Woodcutters at Kapi" Any thoughts or info?

Kapi Creek runs under the North East Dundas Tramway about 4kms east of Montezuma Falls. There was a small mining show nearby by called the "Kapi".
There were many sidings along the NE Dundas Tramway. They were used to transport timber, firewood for the smelters at Zeehan and ore.

So my guess is that your card is a view just off the main North East Dundas Tramway.
