This fine real photo card is a view of Roald Amundsen's ship "Fram" moored in the Derwent (just off Battery Point)
sometime between March 7th and 21st, 1912.

Williamson (1861-1926) was a professional photographer with premises in Goulburn Street, Hobart. One of his specialties
was shipping photographs (and you couldn't have found a more a more historically significant ship at the time than the "Fram"!)

If you have any real photo cards by Williamson, it would be great if you could share them with us in this topic.
