ERD on Tee Poo Kana ?

ERD on Tee Poo Kana ?

I believe the ERD for CDS from the second opening of the Tee Poo Kana Post Office is 16/7/1899 - the Office re-opened 15/6/99, according to John Hardinge's excellent reference lists .
I have just come across this in a BN collection I bought a few years ago ( and before I became interested in circular date stamps !), which may be the ERD ?
