First Allocation BN7?

Opinions please about the pmk on this 1d Courier.

Realistically it can only be BN72 (Norfolk island). The "7" is very clear but not the second number. BN's 74 and 75 (Hobart Town) where not issued yet.

There is a central ink "blob" which could (optimistically) be the ball of the number "3", thus making BN73 (unallocated), but I think it is just a blob of ink and the rest of the number does not 'fit' the number 3.

So, is this an example of BN72?

Interesting one. Doesn't really look like 72 either but I guess it must be. Dare I say it could e 70? Has a fair bit of black to the left. Just to hard to say
