A Western Creek manuscript pmk appears in the current Prestige Philately auction. Has anyone recorded this marking before?

I have a 1d perf T mss "Western Creek Jan 23rd 1904" -- I thought abt telling Gary Watson that there was a second Western Creek, but then I bought this one from him at the auction 28 FEB 2001. Ex-RA (of course).

The first Western Creek mss was originally offered in CLA #320 Lot 266 on piece of an album page which is illustrated below.
