Barred numerals on Pictorials - plus cds ?

I found this cds/BN combination on a pair of 1d Pictorials on eBay a couple of years ago. BN 82 of South Arm plus the cds dated AP 23 (?) 00.Although in theory I assume its quite likely both the Barred Numeral and CDS may end up on the stamps, I have never seen another example. Has anyone else seen this combination before ?

This is not common but seen often enough, obviously in pairs or off regd strips.
