Hi all, I have a 4d pale blue chalon with double lined 4 watermark , can anybody identify the mark as postal or revenue.

I think most likely postal cancellation but I very much doubt the actual post office can be identified.

I think this is a Launceston Type1 ( dash stops) PR at base Code 5. I do not believe it is code S. If someone has one for comparison purposes could you please enlighten me.
