New Money Order Hobart Datestamp?

This seems to be an un-recorded datestamp from the Hobart Money Order and Savings Bank section from the 1890s.
It reads "M.O.O. & S.B. Tasmania". The date is MR 26 1897 which makes it older than any of the other Money Order Branch datestamps in Hardinge. There is also a paid copy of the form dated 30 MR 1897 so the ERD would be 26 MR 1897 and the LRD 30 MR 1897
Hardinge records "MO & SB" but not "M.O.O & S.B."
the datestamp has cancelled an interstate Money Order form from the Newtown, Sydney Post Office. Such interstate Money Orders were by no means uncommon though the forms are virtually never seen as all were destroyed by the Post Office after use.
