I have seen crown seals on Pictorials but not where the crown seal has been over stamped by a barred numeral obliterator.
The barred numeral of Derby 221 is seen on this 2d Pictorial example but only after the crown seal for Brothers Home had been applied first. I can only speculate that the postmaster applied what he thought was the barred numeral stamp only to find out it was the crown seal used for mailbags that had been applied. The barred numeral was then applied over the crown seal. Human error but an interesting item.
