Can anyone provide some insight in regard to this strange cancel
on a 4d Chalon (numeral wmk)?

I believe it is attributed to Macquarie Plains but will need some time to locate the reference. Thought it was in the Green Books but cannot locate it.

Maybe in the Viney sale?
